If you borrow for ₱8,000, loan term is 90 days, Service fee is ₱200, interest rate is 29.2% per year. You will receive 8,000-200 = ₱7800, you need to repay 8000*29.2%/365*90+8000 = ₱8,576, the APR is (8576-7800)/8000/90*365 = 39.34%
